Shipping
We ship exclusively within the United States primarily with the USPS, but we may utilize FedEx and UPS as well.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Unless stated otherwise, you may expect delivery within 10 business days. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. No shipping refunds will be given for longer delivery times nor can we be held liable for any damages resulting from late or erroneous or damaged deliveries.
We will communicate with you via email should there be any delay in processing your order.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order up until the time in which your orders has shipped (usually 0-2 days). A 5% fee will be deducted from your refund for canceled orders to cover the cost for credit card processing. Once the order has shipped, you may return the item(s) per our Returns, Refunds and Replacements Policy. Contact Customer Service to initiate a cancellation by email (preferred) or phone.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
In the event that the product you purchased is defective, damaged, or we have made an error in filling your order, we will be happy to replace the item(s) or refund your purchase and pay the return shipping costs (We'll advise you as to how to return the shipment.  Expedited or 2-Day Shipping charges are not returnable or refundable. Only the current Standard Shipping charge or that portion of the Expedited or 2-Day Shipping charge would be refunded.). Should this happen, we must receive notification from you within 30 days of delivery (within 7 days for any La-Isha products). Please contact us for a return authorization code and instructions on how to return the unused merchandise. Do not return merchandise for any reason without first having contacted us and receiving a return authorization code, as by doing so may lessen or void your refund.
Returns for other reasons will be honored assuming that the product is in its original, new condition, and is unopened and unused.  The refunded amount will be the price paid for the item, less a 20% Restocking Fee. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.  Any return shipping cost will be your responsibility and not refunded.
If returning clothing, it may be exchanged for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you will be responsible for the return shipping.  No returns (unless defective) will be made on open product packages, sale items, personalized items or CDs.
No returns, refunds or credits will be issued after 30 days of delivery. Refunds and Credits will be processed within 7 days of receipt of return or cancellation.
Packaging Your Return
Return the item(s) in the original box, when available, or a similarly sized box, and include the original or adequate protective packaging. Include a copy of your invoice along with the Return Authorization Code given to you by Customer Service.
When returning our sun-protective hats
Hat must be in a clean, unworn and undamaged condition to receive a refund or exchange, with the original tags still on it. Do not fold or crease the hat brim.
Warranty
Nurses Know Health is not responsible for replacement of defective items nor will issue any refunds after 30 days of delivery.
